Zooti 9/21/95 - 9/10/11 If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever.

Zooti was born in the Rocky Mountains west of Boulder, CO. He came into our lives late Sept of 1995.  He lived a long happy life with his human friends Mike & Megan and his feline friend Nutmeg, in Boulder until 2002 and in Las Vegas until he passed on Sept. 10, 2011. He died at home on the big bed, in our bedroom, on his favorite blanket with his name on it with us by his side. He always loved to cuddle in comfy blankets, take long naps, sit on our laps and watch movies, play with his mouseys and earmuffs, chase the laser toy and wrestle with Nutter. He was very vocal, loved to talk to us and had a big vocabulary. He loved to go outside on the patio and watch the birds and lay in the sun. In the winter he loved to walk in the snow on the patio.  He loved to be on the counter and go to his clubhouse above the fridge or sleep in his cubbyhole.  He would tuck us in everynight and wait for us to turn out the light , then he would go to the front bedroom windowsill and watch over the cul-de-sac . Every morning he would come on the bed to wake us up for breakfast. In the winters he loved the giant black fur comforter and would sleep with us always. He was the best friend and companion in the whole world. Zooti, You will be missed forever!

It is taking us a while to go through our 16 years of memories, thank you for visiting and please check back again!

Zooti, I never had the privilege of meeting you, but I know how much you were loved. And from what I hear, you gave as good as you got in the love department.

    The Zooter!

  4. Gran&Phil says:

Zoot you were cute as a button. Smaller than a Grapenuts box. Full of vim and vigor as you tussled with Nutmeg.
Zooti you were a growing cat. One with a attitude and such personality. You surveyed visitors with caution but a regal sense of ownership of your castle. White paws and eyes that could see right into your soul.
Zooter you were the number one–Numero Uno– Tuxedo Cat. Sleek, shiney and giving of your feline love to Mike and Megan. You were the bestest Black Grancat we ever knew.
You will be missed in the house of Iudice. With fond rememberance Gran & Phil
